Terms of Service

1. The Service

Cairry connects to your storefront (such as Shopify) and to social platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) to generate, schedule, and publish promotional content about your products on your behalf. You control which accounts are connected and which posts are published.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including content created or published through it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the products, brands, and accounts you connect. You grant Cairry the limited right to access, display, generate content from, and publish to those accounts solely to provide the Service. You can revoke that access at any time by disconnecting the relevant account from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cairry to:

• publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful;
• impersonate another person or business;
• violate the terms of any connected platform (TikTok, Shopify, etc.); or
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

5. Fees

Some features are free. Paid features and affiliate-revenue arrangements are described in the dashboard or order form at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or terms, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cairry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our users, or third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
